摘要
"南湖公园"是长春市区内面积最大、环境最优美的一座水面-林带型公园.从1937年建成至今,一直是长春市民休闲娱乐活动的最佳场所.近年来,因入湖水量减少,水质污染和经营理念缺乏新意,公园昔日的诱人魅力正日渐衰退.笔者论证了南湖公园建成国内一流城市公园的优越条件,建议以"休闲健身"作为公园的发展定位,对公园的发展规划、休闲健身环境布局、入湖水量和水质改善措施,以及经营和管理体制改革提出了一系列的设想与建议.
Nanhu Park is the biggest and most beautiful reservoir-forest park in Changchun city. It is the most suitable place for the people＇s entertainment since the park had been built in 1937. But recently, because of the reduction of the recharge quantity to the lake, water pollution and lack of the fund for management, the view of the park is no as beautiful as it used to. This article discusses the ascendant condition of the Park to become the first-class city park in China, and suggest that development of the park should focus on the ＂entertainment ＆ health＂. Finally also bring forward a series of idea and advice about the layout of the Park, the arrangement of the entertainment and exercise environment, the step to control the recharge quantity and improve the water quality and the business ＆ management system reform.
