摘要
目的探讨急性坏死性胰腺炎大鼠肠黏膜β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)和上皮型钙黏素E(E-cadherin)表达的变化规律及意义。方法健康成年Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为空白对照组(n=10)、急性坏死性胰腺炎手术后4h组(n=10)、12h组(n=10)。对照组直接取空肠组织,急性坏死性胰腺炎组分别于手术后4h和12h取空肠组织。应用免疫组织化学染色检测大鼠在急性坏死性胰腺炎中小肠黏膜β-catenin及E-cadherin表达的变化。结果正常大鼠肠黏膜细胞中β-catenin仅有微弱表达,感染后不同时期表达均高于对照组。E-cadherin在感染后不同时间也高于对照组。结论急性坏死性胰腺炎可诱导β-catenin和E-cadherin表达,提示β-catenin和E-cadherin可能在急性坏死性胰腺炎中对肠黏膜的保护和修复有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin in the intestinal mucosa of rats with severe acute pancreatitis （SAP）. Methods Thirty healthy adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group （ n = 10） and SAP 4 h group （ n = 10） and SAP12 h group （ n = 10）. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin in intestinal mucosa of severe acute pancreatitis at hour 4,12 after surgery and in normal controls. Results The expression of β-catenin and E-cadherin was significantly higher in SAP 4 h group and SAP 12 h group than in control group. Conclusion The results indicate that expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin may be related with protection and repair of intestinal mucosa in severe acute pancreatitis.
