摘要
随着数字技术与因特网的发展,数字图书馆已成为传统图书馆的有效补充。在数字图书馆建设和使用过程中,往往容易造成对他人知识产权的侵害。知识产权的制约成为数字图书馆的发展瓶颈。文章探讨数字图书馆建设和使用中可能遇到的知识产权问题,并提出了加强知识产权保护的具体对策。
With the development of digital technology and internet, digital libraries have become the effective supplement of traditional library. During the construction and utilization of digital libraries, how to protect the relevant intellectual property right has been an important concern. This article discusses the issue of intellectual property right in the construction and utilization of digital libraries and puts forward some good suggestion to the development of digital libraries.
