A New Method of Resource Leveling For the Project With Fixed Completion Time

摘要 本文从衡量资源均衡的常用指标──方差值入手,寻找工期固定一资源均衡优化的新的判别式,提出利用时差逐步提前某些工作的最迟开始时间以达到削平资源高峰的方法,为工期固定—资源均衡的优化找到一条新的路径。 This paper seeks for a new method to find out the most preferred point at whichall resources could be leveled on a fixed completion time basis. By using mean square devia-tion-a common criteria to evaluate resource leveling the paper put forward a new approachofgradually advancing late start date of some activitics to level some resource need peak.
