摘要
采用先掺杂Al、F,后复合LiCoO2的工艺,采用两段固相烧结法,中试制备出具有尖晶石结构的掺杂复合的LiMn2O4正极材料,并对材料的物理性能、结构、表面形貌及电性能等进行了分析。中试制备的掺杂复合的LiMn2O4的平均粒度(D50)约为25μm,振实密度大于2.00 g/cm3,比表面积不高于0.76 m2/g;制成17 Ah动力电池,高低温性能及安全性能良好,脉冲比功率为1320 W/kg,1C循环1 000次,容量保持率为80.24%。
Doped and compounded cathode material LiMn2O4 with spinel structure was pilot test produced by two-step solid state sintering by the process doped Al, F first and then compounded with LiCoO2. The physical properties, structure, surface morphology and electrical performance of the material were analyzed. The average particle size( D50)of doped and compounded LiMn2O4 by pilot test production was about 25μm, its tap density was larger than 2.00 g/cm^3, its specific surface area was not higher than 0.76 m^2/g. The 17 Ah power battery was prepared,its high and low temperature performance and safety performance were well. The pulse specific power was 1 320 W/kg,the capacity retention rate was 80.24% with 1 000 cycles at 1 C.
