W型Zn-Co铁氧体的制备及微波吸收特性 被引量:2

摘要 利用柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶自蔓延燃烧法合成了Ba(Zn1-xCox)2Fe16O27铁氧体纳米粉末.通过XRD和矢量网络分析仪测定了粉末样品的晶体结构和电磁参数.实验结果表明,Co的替代可以降低W相的成相退火温度;x=0.35的样品为复相铁氧体,在GHz附近有较高的磁损耗正切角和电损耗正切角;x=0.4的样品为W型六角铁氧体相,其自然共振吸收峰在9.0 GHz,1 mm厚样品的最大反射功率损耗达35.6 dB,但在GHz频段没有明显的吸波特性. The Ba(Zn1-xCox)2Fe16 O27 ferrite particles were prepared by sol-gel combustion tech- nique. W-type polycrystalline hexaferrit powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction and the electromagnetic parameters were investigated by Vector Network Analyzer. Experimental results show that the substitution of Co for Zn leads to the decrease of the temperature forming the W- type ferrite structure. The sample of x= 0.35 with diphase ferrites exhibit excellent dielectric loss tangent and magnetic loss tangent. The natural resonance frequency of x=0. 4 sample with W-type ferrite is 9. 0 GHz. The maximal reflection power loss of x=0. 4 sample with 1 mm thick-ness is about 35.6 dB, but the wave-absorbing property is not obvious in GHz frequency.
