摘要
随着计算机技术和网络技术的发展,管理信息系统已应用到日常工作的各个方面,建立管理信息系统的单位无不投入了巨大的资金和人力物力进行这方面的开发与建设,但是建立起来的管理信息系统却在很大程度上不尽人意,在管理与应用上也不能发挥应有的功能,在一定程度上存在系统资源的闲置和浪费。导致该后果的原因绝大部分是在管理信息系统设计的开始就存在隐患。为此,从管理信息系统开发的特点、内容、目标、系统项目管理、系统评价、系统安全管理等方面进行分析,强调了在开发管理信息系统的时候不能只注意到计算机技术和软件的开发以及成本的节约,更应考虑系统的实用性、移植的灵活性和后期管理的方便性以及安全性。
With the development of computer and network technology, MIS is already applied into all aspects of daily work. Despite the huge investment in human and physical resource in MIS development and construction, MIS is not satisfactory and can＇t function well in its application. Thus it causes waste in system resources. The main reason lies that there exists some problems at the beginning of MIS design. Based on analysis of the features, content,objectives of MIS development and analysis of the system management,system assessment and the system security management,this paper emphasizes that more consideration should be given to the practicability, flexibility, convenience and safety of the system than the cost of software development.
