摘要
X光机在各种领域有着广泛的应用。采用高频逆变技术设计X光机,阳极高压产生电路中合理地利用了升压变压器的寄生参数来设计谐振变换器,同时使用推挽电路产生高频交流加热灯丝,并对阳极电流的精确控制和整机控制时序进行了分析说明。样机实验结果表明,该方法设计的X光机输出电压、阳极电流稳定,且能独立可调,体积小,效率高。
X- ray machine has a wide range of applications in various fields. A novel X - ray machine is designed based on the technology of high - frequency inverter in this paper. Step up transformer' s parasitic parameters and resonant converter have been used reasonable in process of designing the anode high - voltage circuit. A push - pull circuit generating high - frequency AC voltage to heat filament is used. At the same time the control method for anodic current and the machine control timing are indicated. Experimental results from prototype machine show that: X - ray machine's anode high - voltage and anodic current are stable,independently adjustable, small size and high efficiency.
