摘要
为使激发电磁超声的能量转换效率最大化,介绍一种基于直接数字合成(DDS)技术的电磁超声(EMA)激励电源。电源具有脉冲窄,峰值电流大,且重复频率、脉冲频率、脉冲个数、激励时间延迟均可调等特点。详细介绍了DDS信号产生电路、单片机控制电路、功率放大及其与换能器的匹配等硬件和软件。
In order to maximize the efficiency of electric/acoustic transformation, a DDS technologybased electrical power source for excitation of Electric Magnetic Acoustic Transducers (EMAT)is described. The electric power source is designed to have following characteristics: narrow pulses, large peak current, adjustable repetition frequency, pulse frequency, numbers of pulses and excitation time delay. The power source consists of DDS based signal generator Micro - controller Unit(MCU), power amplifier and impedance match circuit to EMAT. Both the hardware and software of the power source are explained in detail.
