摘要
从鹅掌楸的茎、叶中分离出内生菌5株,以金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureu)、大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)、苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis)为供试菌,用杯碟法分别对其液体发酵液进行了抗菌活性的研究。结果表明:鹅掌楸内生菌对4种供试菌有一定的抑菌活性,不同组织中内生菌的抑菌活性存在差异,其中J1、Y3对供试菌具有普遍抑菌作用。
Five strains of endophyte were isolated from the stem and leaf of Liriodendron ehinense. The anti - baterical activity of the fermentation broth was determined by cylinder platemethod to Staphylococcus aureus, Escberichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus thuringiensis. The results showed that five strains had anti - baterical activity that existed difference in different endophyte, and the strains J1 and Y3 had better anti -baeterial activity against the pathogenic bacteria.
