摘要
平面调制靶是ICF分解实验中的重要用靶。介绍了在过去工作的基础上掺溴聚苯乙烯平面调制箔靶的制备工艺,研究旋转涂覆和流延工艺对靶的表面起伏图形转移的影响,采用SEM观察薄膜表面起伏图形的形貌,对掺杂溴的含量进行测量和控制,以台阶仪测量靶的表面粗糙度。
The surface perturbation target is an important experimental target for the resolved experiments of interial comfinement fusion (ICF). In this paper, preparation process of surface perturbation target on brominated polystyrene film was introduced. Figure transfer process was studied. The sine perturbation figures with the wavelength from 20 to 100μm, amplitude from 0.2 to 3.5μm on brominated polystyrene film were measured. The bromine content in brominated polystyrene was controled. Surface roughness on surface perturbation target of brominated polystyrene was analysed.
