摘要
变形杆菌属食物中毒是一种常见的细菌性食物中毒,近年来,此菌食物中毒案例呈逐年上升趋势。本文在对国内外相关文献资料进行整理的基础上,综述了变形杆菌属的有关特性,主要包括变形杆菌属的生物学特性、流行病学特点、临床资料以及预防控制变形杆菌属食物中毒的措施,对变形杆菌属的检测、诊断、防控技术等研究提供背景参考。
Proteus poison is a common bacterial causing food poisoning. The cases of food poisoning of Proteus have been progressively increased in rencent years. Based on the internal and external concerned references, the relative characteristics of Proteus were reviewed. The biological characteristics, clinical and epidemiological features, prevention and control measures of Proteus poison were included. The contents will be useful for the detection, diagnoses, prevention and control of Proteus.
