摘要
目的:研究我院颅咽管瘤临床用药情况。方法:利用药历管理软件,对我院2004～2008年颅咽管瘤患者使用药品的数量与金额进行统计,并计算DDDs、DDC和B/A。结果:颅咽管瘤患者的药物治疗以继发性癫痫、应激性溃疡、下丘脑损伤为主。结论:颅咽管瘤的治疗主要是并发症的治疗。用药基本合理。
Objective： To investigate the drug prescriptions of craniopharyngioma in our hospital from 2004 to 2008. Method： Amount and sum of drugs were summarized and analyzed. DDDs, DDC and B/A were calculated. Result： For the treatment on craniopharyngi0ma patients, drugs were mainly used for secondary epilepsy, stress ulcer, and hypothalamus injury. Conclusion： Treatment on complicating diseases of eraniopharyngioma are the key treatment. Drug prescriptions were rational in our hospital.
