摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定抗病毒口服液中连翘苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:ODS柱(150mm×4.6mm,5m);流动相:乙腈-水(25∶75);流速1.0ml·min^(-1);检测波长:277nm;柱温:30℃。结果:连翘苷的浓度在20.34～406.8 0μg·ml^(-1)范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为98.52%,RSD=1.3%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确,重复性好,可有效控制抗病毒口服液的质量。
Objective： To establish a quantitative method for phillyrin in Kangbingdu oral solution by HPLC. Method： ODS column（ 150mm × 4.6mm,5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-water（ 25：75 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml· min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 277nm. Column temperature was 30℃. Result： The linear range of phillyrin was 20.34 - 406.80μg·ml^-1 （ r = 1. 000 0）. The average recovery was 98.52% and RSD was 1.3% （ n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is convenient, aecurate, reprodueible and sensitive, which can be used to eontrol the quality of Kangbingdu oral solution.
