摘要
研制可用于日光温室生产的硬脂酸正丁酯和石蜡配置的复合相变材料。根据材料的相变温度、相变潜热和日光温室的温度,选择硬脂酸正丁酯和石蜡配置的合适比例。硬脂酸正丁酯和石蜡配置按照不同的质量配合成复合相变材料试样,比例为7:3,6:4,5:5,4:6,3:7。采用差式扫描量热仪测试制备的试样及纯石蜡和硬脂酸正丁酯在升温和降温过程中,热流密度随温度升降的变化规律。结果表明,新制备的复合材料的热性能优于单纯的硬脂酸正丁酯和石蜡,并且通过分析比较,得出质量配合比为5:5的复合材料为最优。
The purpose is to find new compound phase change material which is suitable to heat storage in heliogreenhouse, according to transition temperature, heat of fusion and temperature of heliogreenhouse, we choose butyl stearate and paraffin to mix into new compound phase change material. The mass propotion is 7:3,6:4,5:5,4:6,3:7. Testing the heat flow chart with varying temperature of new compound phase change material and paraffin and butyl stearic samples using differential scanning calorimeter. Analyzing DSC chart it turns out that the thermal properties of new compund PCMs are better than paraffin or butyl stearic. The mass proportion of 5:5 of butyl stearic and paraffin is the best.
