摘要
采用模式匹配法设计了双排正方柱金属销波导带通滤波器,然后利用经验公式将正方柱等效成圆柱。在此基础上又利用基片集成波导和普通矩形波导之间的转换公式,将普通波导滤波器改用基片集成波导结构来实现,滤波器采用双排金属过孔结构使所设计的滤波器具有良好的带外抑制特性。且结构简单、成本低廉,便于加工,适合批量生产。设计结果的HFSS仿真验证了模式匹配法的精确性和经验公式的可靠性。
In this paper, a double square metal pole waveguide filter was designed based on the mode matching method(MMM). The square metal poles were replaced by cylindrical metal poles by using the empirical formula. After which, the conversion formula between traditional waveguide and substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) was adopted to obtain SIW filter. The use of double metal pole aims improves the out-off-band rejection for the filter. This type of filter has a simple structure, low cost and be easily fabricated. So it is very suitable for quantity production. HFSS simulation result of the designed fabric proved the precision of the mode matching method and the validity of the empirical formula.
