国槐小卷蛾Cydia trasisa(Meyrick,1928)新寄主记述及寄主范围测定 被引量:6

摘要 [目的]确定国槐小卷蛾的食性范围。[方法]以国槐小卷蛾为供试昆虫,通过室内解剖观察和室外观测,对其在花榈木上的发生危害特点进行观察,对其寄主范围进行测定。[结果]51种供试植物中幼虫可取食11种豆科植物,其中只有取食花榈木、红豆树、国槐和龙爪槐的幼虫能完成发育。花榈木和国槐上的幼虫发育良好,存活率最高,而龙爪槐上的存活率较低,红豆树上幼虫死亡率最高。在花榈木及国槐上幼虫发育速度明显快于在其他2种植物上的。非选择性产卵测定结果显示成虫可在花榈木、国槐、龙爪槐、黄金槐上产卵;选择性产卵试验均显示成虫优先选择花榈木。[结论]该研究为国槐小卷蛾的防治奠定了基础。 [Objective] The aim was to determine the food scope of Cydia trasisa. [Method] With C. trasisa as tested insect, the occurrence and damage characteristics of C. trasisa on Ormosia henryi were observed and its host range was determined by laboratory anatomical observation and field observation. [Result] 11 kinds of legumes among 51 kinds of tested plants could be fed by C. trasisa larva. Among them, the larva only feeding on O. henryi, Ormosia hosiei, Sophorajaponica and Sophora japonica f. pendula could finish development. The development of larva were better on O. henryi and S. japonica, and its survival rate was highest, but that on Sophorajaponicaf. pendula was lower and the mortality of C. trasisa larva on O. hosiei was highest. The development speed of larva on O. henryi and S. japonica were better than that on the other two plants. The determination result of non-selective oviposition showed that adult C. trasisa could oviposite on O. henryi, S. japonica, Sophora japonica f. pendula and Sophora japonica ‘golden stem'. The selective oviposition experiment showed that adult C. trasisa all chose O. henryi first. [Conclusion] The research laid the foundation for the control of C. trasisa.
