摘要
利用有限元法计算了弧形小方坯结晶器的应力和变形，结果表明：结晶器内弧铜壁除在钢液面附近有最大热应力和变形值外，在其下部会出现第二次高峰值。实测结果也证明了这一点。
Using finite element method to calculate thermal stress and strain of S type billet mold results in a second peak value, in addition to the max. thermal stress and strain existing at mold inner arc copper wall near the liquid steel level, happening near the lower level. The measured value proves the calculation.
