摘要 研究了真空蒸发冷凝制备超细锌粉的规律,提出了一种经济合理的激冷机制.实验证明,通过真空蒸发冷凝制备超细锌粉,可以降低蒸发温度、节约能源,所得锌粉为六方晶形,形状规则,粒度小于1μm,且较为均匀,金属锌的挥发速率受蒸发温度与真空度的影响较大,而且在真空条件下具有提纯物料的作用,超细锌粉的粒度受控于真空度、温度。 The charactcristics of ultrafinc zinc powder produced by vacuum evaporating-distillating are analyzed and economical and reasonable rapid-cool machanism is proposed.The experiment proves that producing ultrafine zinc powder by vacuum evaporating-distillating can lower the temperature and save energy,the structure of the produced zinc powder is hexahedron,the shape is regular,and the size is lower than 1μm and even.The volatilizing rate of zinc is influenced greatly by evaporating temperature and vacuum degree,the vacuum condition has the advantage of refining the raw material,and the ultrafine zinc powder size is controlled mainly by three factors of vacuum degree,temperature and the rotational speed of cool-device roll.
