Kyrle病1例
摘要
患者男，22岁。因臀部、四肢反复出现丘疹8年，于2008年1月来我院就诊。患者8年前开始上、下肢伸侧出现较小的肤色丘疹．渐渐增大，大者呈花生米大，颜色渐加深，其后在丘疹表面出现一“硬痂”，剥除后，遗留一凹坑，往往形成凹坑后皮损停止进展，最终形成萎缩斑。皮损多在四肢伸侧反复发生。曾在当地医院诊治，
