鳞状细胞癌、角化棘皮瘤中环氧化酶-2的表达及其临床意义

摘要 80年代国外大型流行病学调查发现，长期使用非甾体类抗炎药治疗的类风湿关节炎患者中结肠癌发病率较低，随后的一系列研究表明非甾体类抗炎药的作用靶点是环氧化酶（cyclooxygenase，COX）．其中COX-2在人类多种内脏肿瘤中存在过表达．但其与皮肤肿瘤的关系月前国内外报道均不多。
