摘要
目的制定与实施胆囊结石腹腔镜胆囊切除术临床路径。方法通过查阅文献、专家讨论等方法对临床路径进行框架设计、诊疗计划项目选择、标准住院天数确定。结果制定并实施了胆囊结石腹腔镜胆囊切除术临床路径。结论临床路径应用于胆囊结石腹腔镜胆囊切除术缩短了住院天数,降低了医疗费用,提高了患者满意度,实现了医疗质量持续改进。
Objective To design and implement clinical pathway of gallstone undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy： Methods Through the methods such as literature review, expert verification, etc, design the framework, select clinic projiect, determine the standard hosipital stay for clinical pathway. ResuLts Clinical pathway of gallstone undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy was designed and practiced. Conclusion The method of clinical pathway in gallstone undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy shorten the hospital stay, reduce the medical expenses, improve the patient satisfaction, realize medical quality improvement continuously.
