摘要
用不同浓度CaCl2和MgCl2处理黄芩和柴胡种子。结果表明:两种药品对种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、根长和芽长均有明显作用,浓度低于80 mg/L时起促进作用,高于160 mg/L时起抑制作用,用浓度为80 mg/L的MgCl2处理,最有利于黄芩和柴胡种子的萌发。
Using baicalin and Bupleurum seeds dealted with different concentration of CaCl2 and MgCl2 as materials to study the influence of the two chemical reagents on seeds germination. The results showed that: the two chemical reagents all significantly influenced seeds germination percentage, germination energy, germination index, root length and bud length. When chemicat reagents concentration below 80 mg/L, seed germination were boosted, but when chemicat reagents concentration higher than 160 mg/L, seed germination were inhibited. In all, treating with 80 mg/L MgCl2 was the best treatment for Baicalin and Bupleurum seeds germination.
