大面积彩色混合膜滤光镜的研制

摘要 本文研制了彩色滤光镜的混合膜料选择、膜系设计、膜层均匀性和镀膜工艺。该套滤光镜的截止区的透射率小于4%,通带区的平均透射率大于65%。它用于各种彩色技术中滤光,色彩还原良好,具有成本低廉、均匀性好、镀制简便和适合于大批量生产的特点。 e have studied the choice of materials,design of optical thinfilm coatings,the uniformity of layers and the prepartion conditions for color filters.The outoff transmittances of this series of filters are less than 4%,and the mean transmittances in the passband region are greater than 65%.These filters can be used in the different color technologies.Colorestoration is good and it is suitable for large amounts of productions with low cost,good uniformity and easy preparation.
