五氯酚在长期定位施肥土壤中的残留动态 被引量:1

Dissipation Dynamics of Pentachlorophenol in Red Paddy Soils Under Long-Term Located Fertilization Conditions

摘要 研究好氧和厌氧条件下五氯酚(PCP)在长期不施肥(CK),施无机肥尿素(N),施有机肥(OM)和无机有机肥配施(N+OM)4种处理土壤中的残留动态。结果表明,无论在好氧或厌氧条件下,PCP在土壤中的消解均遵循一级动力学方程。在好氧条件下,PCP在CK、N、OM和N+OM4种处理土壤中半衰期分别为26.9、27.7、21.5、20.6天,在厌氧条件下,PCP的半衰期分别为30.8、32.2、27.1、25.9天。表明无论在好氧或厌氧条件下,长期单施有机肥或无机有机肥配施显著加速PCP在土壤中的消解,原因可能是长期单施有机肥或无机有机肥配施能显著提高土壤有机质含量和微生物活性,加速PCP在土壤中的消解。好氧条件下PCP的消解速率显著高于厌氧条件。 Dissipation of pentachlorophenol (PCP) in red paddy soils under aerobic and anaerobic conditions were investigated under four long-term fertilization treatments as follows: (1) no fertilizer (the control, CK), (2) application of urea (N), (3) application of organic fertilizer (OM), and (4) N+OM. The results showed that the dissipation of PCP followed one-order kinetic equation under aerobic or anoxic conditions, and the half-lives of dissipation under aerobic condition in soils were 26.9, 27.7, 21.5 and 20.6 days for CK, N, OM and N+OM respectively. The half-lives of dissipation under anaerobic condition were 30.8, 32.2, 27.1 and 25.9 days respectively. The results suggested that long-term application of organic fertilizer significantly accelerated the dissipation of PCP in soils under aerobic or anoxic conditions due to the significantly higher organic matter content and microbial activity, and dissipation rate under aerobic condition was higher than that under anaerobic condition.
