急性冠脉综合征血清MMP-2,MMP-9及hs-CRP水平的检测及其临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察急性冠脉综合征患者外周静脉血清基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平并评价其临床意义。方法:选取急性冠脉综合征患者53例为ACS组,其中急性心肌梗死(AMI)28例,不稳定型心绞痛(UA)25例。用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清MMP-2,MMP-9水平,用免疫散射比浊法检测血清hs-CRP。另选稳定型心绞痛组(SA)28例、正常对照组30例作为对照。结果:ACS组血清MMP-2,MMP-9,hs-CRP的水平高于SA组(P<0.05)及对照组(P<0.01)。AMI组血清MMP-2,MMP-9,hs-CRP的水平显著高于UA组(P<0.05)。ACS组患者血清MMP-9与hs-CRP水平呈正相关,MMP-2与hs-CRP无明显相关性。AMI组患者血清hs-CRP与cTnI水平呈正相关(r=0.401,P<0.05)。结论:MMP-2,MMP-9在ACS中的高表达与急性冠脉综合征的发生有关,可作为预测动脉粥样斑块不稳定或破裂的血清学指标,其水平有利于冠心病患者的危险分层。联合检测血清MMP-2,MMP-9与hs-CRP可能成为一种有效的判断斑块稳定性、预测急性心血管事件发生的临床指标。
