摘要
从原油的密度和粘度入手,理论上分析了高速电脱盐技术能在罐容积较小的情况下实现装置大处理量运行的原因,分析了其优点和缺点。并提醒炼油厂在选用电脱盐技术时要充分考虑各方面的影响因素,以实现装置的长周期安全运行。
On the basis of density and viscosity of crude oil, the operation of the high - velocity electric desahing process which can treat large volume of crude oil with smaller volume of desalter drum is analyzed theoretically. The advantages and disadvantages are studied. Various impact factors must be taken into full consideration in selecting electric desalting process so as to ensure the safe and long- term operation of the unit operating.
