摘要
石油化工企业生产装置多处于爆炸危险环境。结合某炼油厂新建硫磺回收装置的工程设计实例,分析了硫磺回收装置爆炸危险区域的划分,以及硫磺回收装置爆炸危险环境电气设备的选型。同时,对该工程实例在设计过程中碰到的问题,给出了解决方案。
Production units in refining and petrochemical enterprises are usually located in explosion hazard areas.Based on the engineering example of a grassroots sulfur recovery unit in a refinery,this paper analyzes the classification of explosion hazard areas for the sulfur recovery unit and the selection of electrical apparatus in explosion hazard areas,and provides solutions for problems encountered in the engineering design.
