摘要
目的:观察聚维酮碘软膏治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法:选择住院的糖尿病足患者49例,采用随机法分为治疗组25例和对照组24例,两组予内科治疗及蚕食清创法进行创面处理,治疗组外用聚维酮碘软膏换药,对照组外用庆大霉素加胰岛素纱条湿敷换药。结果:治疗组治愈16例,好转8例,无效1例,总有效率为96.00%,对照组治愈6例,好转7例,无效11例,总有效率为54.17%,两组总有效率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:聚维酮碘软膏治疗糖尿病足疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the treatment effect of Povidone iodine ointment on the diabetic foot. Methods： Fourtynine hospitalized cases of the diabetic foot were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 25 cases in experimental group and 24 cases in control group. The experimental group were received Povidone iodine ointment treatment and control group were received Gentamicin and Insulin bandage hydropathic compress, besides, medication and Nibble debridement were given in both group. Results： In the experimental group, 16 cases were cured, 8 cases got improvement and 1 case were ineffective, the effective rate was 96.00%. In the control group, 6 cases was cured, 7 cases got improvement and 11 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 54.17%. There was significant different of the effective rate between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment effect of Povidone iodine ointment is significantly on the diabetic foot.
