摘要
用普通MS培养基进行乌头组培快繁的研究．乌头的愈伤组织容易形成，培养基中附加BA1mg／L和KT1mg／L可以从叶腋产生健壮的苗，从愈伤组织诱发出根需附加KT1mg/L和NAA0.2mg／L，但达到快速繁殖的目的仍存在一些问题．
This paper deals with the minute researh of the tissue culture and rapid propagtion of Aconitum Carmichaeli Debx. on normal MS basic medium. Its calli was easy formed. Vigorous shoots were produced from leaf axil on medium with BA lmg/L and KT1 mg/L. Roots wer induced from calli on that with KT1 mg/L and NAA0.2 mg/L. But some problems still need to be solved.
