摘要
为了客观反映北京化工大学科研发展的历史和现状，从该校科技论文SCI收录状况的角度出发，对1984-2008年间该校论文收录总量及逐年变化量、影响因子及引用情况、学科分布态势、刊源分布状况和学术团队活跃程度等多方面进行了统计与分析，一定程度上折射出该校在科研领域的进步，同时也客观反映出该校与国内部分高校的差距．以期为学校管理层在制定中长期科技发展战略中的科学决策提供参考依据。
In order to reflect the history and present situation of the scientific research development of Beijing University of Chemical Technology （BUCT） objectively, this paper statistically analyzes the total and its changes of SCI papers every year, impact factor and cited times, subject distribution, publishing journals, the active degree of academic team and so on, from the point of view of SCI papers published by BUCT from 1984 to 2008, which shows the progress of scientific research of BUCT in some degree, especially the rapid development in recent years, and the difference between some other domestic university and BUCT. This paper can provide university leaders with important reference in formulating strategies for medium and long-term development of science and technology.
