摘要
本文报告了10例输尿管开口异位病例。本病是由于胚胎发育异常引起的一种少见的先天性疾病。它的症状依赖于开口的部位。如果开口在尿道外括约肌的近侧,则可能有肾区疼痛,发热,膀胱刺激症状。如果开口在外括约肌的远侧(这种情况仅见于女性),则尽管有正常排尿,却仍有持续性滴尿。本文10例全部为女性,其中8例开口异位的输尿管是来自一侧重肾。本文介绍了输尿管开口异位的病因,临床表现,诊断方法和治疗。
10 cases of ectopic ureteral orifice were reporteed in this paper.The disease is a congenital wncommon disorder which results from an abnormality of embryologic development. The symptoms depend upon the site of the opening. if the opening is proximal to the external sphincter, there may be flank pain, fever and vesical irritability.If the opening is distal to external sphincter (this is seen only in the female),a constant dropping of urine occurs in spite of normal voiding These lo cases are all female In these cases eight ureters With ectopic orifices are one of the pair to a single kidney.
