摘要
真空联合堆载预压法是加固软土地基的一种有效的方法。通过真空联合堆载预压法加固水力吹填软土地基的工程实例及对施工过程和加固效果全过程的监测,对加固效果进行了深入分析。结果表明,采用真空联合堆载预压法加固后,软土地基含水量、孔隙比大大降低,地基承载力可初步满足建设场地的需要;同时证实插板期间地表产生超过1 m的沉降变形,加固后平均固结度达到85%以上。真空联合堆载预压法处理该工程是成功的,可在类似的工程中应用。
Vacuum preloading in combination with surcharge fill preloading is an effective technology to consolidate soft soils, through the engineering examples of vacuum preloading combined with surcharge preloading to consolidate the hydraulically reclaimed soft foundation and the testing of construction process and the whole consolidation process, the paper analyzes the consolidation effect. The results show that the water content and pore water pressure are remarkably reduced after using the vacuum combined with surcharge preloading, the foundation bearing capacity is enough to satisfy the primary demand of engineering practice. From the results, the settlement of soft clay foundation is greater than 1.0 m during the vertical drain installation and the average degree of consolidation is more than 85% after consolidation. It is considered the technology of vacuum preloading combined with surcharge preloading is successful, which can be used in similar projects.
