讨论了大气压非平衡等离子体中的非平衡度及它和各种参数的关系，并针对几类重要的大气压非平衡等离子体的产生技术，分析了每种产生技术的特点及和非平衡度的关系。
おhe relationship between the degree of nonequilibrium and other factors in plasma at atmospheric pressure is discussed. The characteristics of the degree of nonequilibrium for four different types of plasma generating of nonequilibrium plasma at atmospheric pressure are analyzed.
