摘要
对高斯光束在传输过程中,由于光路上平面光学器件的两平行平面反射光的干涉效应所引起的反、透射率的计算误差进行了理论分析,并提出了消除该误差的方法。
In this paper,reflectivity and transmissivity's errors in Gaussian beam transmission caused by surface's interference of a slab device is theoretically calculated and analyzed. The method to eliminate these errorsis presented.
