47例普外科围手术期重症高血压静脉应用乌拉地尔的疗效观察被引量：3

摘要目的观察乌拉地尔注射液治疗手术期重症高血压的疗效。方法47例普外科围手术期并发重症高血压患者静脉应用乌拉地尔,观察治疗前后不同时间点的血压、心率及其临床症状。结果在用药后10分钟左右血压开始下降,30分钟血压下降明显,60分钟后血压平稳下降且达到预期值(P<0.05),其临床总有效率达100%,治疗后心率虽有下降但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乌拉地尔对普外科围手术期并发重症高血压治疗的疗效显著且安全。
