摘要
目的探讨血清组织多肽特异性抗原(TPS)检测在胃癌中的意义。方法ELISA方法检测50例胃癌患者(胃癌组)及25例健康体检者(对照组)血清TPS水平。结果胃癌组血清TPS水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01);手术前后胃癌患者血清TPS水平差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);淋巴结转移组与无淋巴结转移组血清TPS水平差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论血清TPS表达与胃癌发生及淋巴结转移有关。
Objective To explore the value of serum tissue polypeptide specific antigen （TPS） determination in the diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods The serum TPS levels in 50 patients with gastric cancer and 25 heahhy people as control group were detected by ELISA. Results The serum TPS levels in gastric cancer group were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There were significant differences between the preoperative and postoperative serum TPS levels in gastric cancer groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There were also marked differences in serum TPS levels between lymph node metastasis group and non - lymph node metastasis group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of serum TPS is related to the occurrence of gastric cancer and lymph node metastasis.
