摘要
介绍了两种适用于现场应用的采用数字式超声波探伤仪测量材料声速的方法,即双探头二次测量法和表面波法。其中,表面波法测量简单,易计算,只须工件表面打磨光滑,而双探头二次测量法计算稍复杂。采用这两种方法可以在现场对未知壁厚的工件在不进行破坏性取样的基础上进行材料声速测量,方便实用,具有较高的精度。
Needing not to measure the thickness of work - piece through mechanical or destructive approach ,two practical and convenient methods of sound velocity measurement are discussed in this paper, only using digital ultrasonic test instrument.
