M701F型燃气轮机并网后叶片通道温度变化趋势大自动停机原因分析及解决方法

摘要 针对M701F型燃气轮机并网后频繁出现叶片通道温度变化趋势大自动停机事故,对燃气轮机的燃料控制逻辑进行了分析,认为造成自动停机的主要原因是燃料控制逻辑设计不合理。提出了优化运行操作和修改DCS控制逻辑的解决方法,实施后避免了此类事件的再次发生。 Directing against autostop accidents frequently occurred due to large trend of temperature change in blade path after connecting M701F type gas turbine into the power grid, the fuel control logic of said gas turbines has been analysed. It is believed that the main cause resulting in autostop is unreasonable design of the fuel control logic, and solving methods by optimizing manipulation in operation as well as revising the DCS control logic being put forward. After implementation, the similar accidents have been prevented to occur again.
