摘要
针对中等职业学校档案管理的特点,加强学校档案管理工作。可采取加强领导,提高全员档案意识;充分挖掘档案信息资源,保证学校档案的齐全完整;强化电子档案意识,提高现代化管理水平;加强队伍建设,提高档案人员的素质;积极开发档案信息资源,提高档案利用率等措施,对中等职业教育档案工作实行科学化管理。
Under the situation of constant reforming of secondary vocational education, the management of school archives work should be reinforced according to its own. characteristics. In order to manage scientifically the archives of secondary vocational education, the measures taken are as follows：to reinforce leadership and raise the staff＇s information resource of archives fully and ensure the completeness of school archives;to strengthen the of archives;to tap of electrcnic archives and raise the level of modernized management ;to enhance the construction of managing team and improve the quality of the staff; to develop information resource of archives actively and improve the utilization of archives, etc.
