摘要
目的探讨人工半髋置换治疗高龄股骨粗隆间不稳定型骨折的临床疗效。方法采用人工半髋置换治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者38例,观察术后疗效;随访5～24(12.0±8.0)月,对患者的髋关节功能进行评分。结果本组患者全部获得随访,优良率94.74%(36/38)。术后下床时间3～10d,平均7.5d,未出现假体松动、下沉。无围手术期死亡病例,出现并发症2例,经对症处理后好转。结论人工半髋置换治疗高龄股骨粗隆间不稳定型骨折近期疗效满意,但远期效果仍需继续观察。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of artificial hemiarthroplasties for the treatment of unstable in- tertrochanteric fractures of the femur in elderly patients. Methods 38 cases of unstable intertrochanteric fractures of the femur in elderly patients were treated in our hospital with artificial hemiarthroplasties. All cases were followed up for a mean of （12.0± 8.0） months （ rang from 5 to 24 months） postoperative. Results All cases acquired a follow-up. The excellent and good rate was 94.74% （36/38）. The mean time from operation to walking was 7.5 days （ from 3 to 10 days）, and no hip pros- thesis collapse and loosening were found. No death cases occurred during per-operation. 2 cases were noted to have complica- tion which improved with symptomatic treatment. Condusion Artificial hemiarthroplasties for the treatment of unstable inter-trochanleric fractures of the femur in elderly patients is desirable in the near future, but the long-term effects are still necessary to further observation.
