摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性期的临床疗效。方法将83例慢性肺源性心脏病急性期患者随机分为2组,对照组41例采用常规西医治疗,治疗组42例在常规治疗的基础上辨证使用中药汤剂口服治疗。结果治疗后2组患者症状、体征都有明显好转,治疗组住院天数明显短于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗肺心病急性期疗效优于单纯西医治疗效果。
Objective To observe cyratuve effect of combination of TCM with Western medicine on acute stage of pul- monary heart disease. Methods 83 cases with acute stage of pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into control group （n = 41 ） and treatment group （n = 42）. Patients in control group were treated with routine therapy of western medicine, and 42 cases in treatment group were treated with TCM therapy according to syndrome differentiation on the basis of western medicine. Results After treatments, the clinical symptom and physical sign all improved obviously in 2 groups. The hospital day in treat- ment group was shorter than that in control group. There was significant difference between 2 groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combination of TCM with western medicine show better curative efficacy on acute stage of pulmonary heart disease.
