微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血50例临床观察

摘要 目的探讨微创颅内血肿清除术对高血压脑出血的治疗效果。方法将高血压脑出血患者按治疗方法分成微创组和保守组,其中微创组50例,保守组50例。治疗期间记录两组意识障碍恢复时间和血肿清除情况,对术后日常生活活动能力(Barthel指数)和神经功能缺损程度评分进行比较。结果微创组意识障碍恢复时间1~5d,血肿清除时间3~6d;保守组意识障碍恢复时间5~10d,血肿清除时间14~25d,两组意识障碍恢复时间、血肿清除情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后4周,微创组患者Barthel指数评分高于保守组,神经功能缺损评分低于保守组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血可缩短患者意识障碍恢复时间,促进神经功能恢复,提高患者日常生活能力。
