文章以无锡钻探工具厂、张家口探矿机械总厂下属三个分厂国有民营改制实践，阐述了引入私营企业管理机制运营国有资产的可行性。
Abstract: Given the example of the stated-owned factories including Wu xi drilling tool factory, three branches of Zhang jia kou drilling machinery factory operated by private, the article expounds fesibility of leading into management mechanism of private enterprise to operate state-owned property and introduces the effect and understanding of the fatories.
