摘要
文章以氯苄为起始原料,经傅-克(Friedel-Crafts)烃化反应制得2-(4-甲氧甲基苯基)丙酸甲酯,利用氢溴酸裂解醚键高选择性制备了2-(4-溴甲基苯基)丙酸,避免了苄位甲基直接溴化产生多溴物、苯环溴化等副产物,从而提高了反应总收率,简化了操作设备和操作过程,具有较高的工业化生产价值。
In the paper, starting with benzyl choride as the initial raw material, followed by friedel-crafts hydrocarbylation reaction, the methyl 2-(4-methoxymetylphenyl)propanoic ester was got. The selective cleavage of the ether bond by hydrobromic acid was used to get the 2-(4-bromomethylphenyl)propanoic acid to avoid the muhibromination and bromination on the benzene ring during the process of direct bromination on the benzylic methyl. Thus the overall yield was improved, and the whole operating equipment and operating processes were shorten The industrialization value of the preparation of loxoprofen sodium was also very high.
