ADuC824是AD公司新推出的集成了24位∑-△A/D的高性能单片机,它将8051内核、两路24位+16位∑-△A/D、12位D/A、FLASH、WDT、μP监控电路、温度传感器、SPI和I2C总线接口等资源全部集成在一个芯片内,体积小,功耗低,因而在一定程度上代表了单片机今后的发展趋势,文中介绍了它的结构、特点和功能,并给出了AduC824在炉温控制系统中的应用实例。
ADuC824 is a high-performance MCU of the AD company. It integrates the 8051 core, A/D, D/A, FLASH, WDT, the P watch circuit, SPI and the I2C bus port. The application of ADuC824 in the furnace temperature control system is also presented in the paper.
