对苯二甲酸二缩水甘油酯的合成 被引量:3

摘要 实验研究了采用对苯二甲酸与环氧氯丙烷直接合成氯醇酯中间体,再环化脱HCl合成对苯二甲酸二缩水甘油酯环氧树脂的工艺过程。最佳工艺条件为:对苯二甲酸与环氧氯丙烷的摩尔比为1︰16,催化剂为十六烷基三甲基溴化铵,催化剂用量为0.001mol,在116℃下进行酯化,酯化反应20min,闭环碱用量为0.83%,闭环反应温度为50℃,闭环反应时间为6h。 Diglycidyl p-Phthalate was synthesized by terephthalic acid and epichlorohydrin, the influences of this reaction were studied. The optimal conditions in the reaction were follows: temperature of esterification was 116 ℃, esterification time was 20 min, the ratio of terephthalic to epichlorohydrin in mole was 1 : 16, the catalyst was eetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide, the application amount of NaOH was 0.83 %, and the cyclization temperature was 50℃, cyclization time was 6 h.
