摘要 为了研究新型气浮联合轴承转子系统动态特性,首先采用多点激励一点声响应的模态分析测试方案,测得了气浮转子横向振动前两阶固有频率和阻尼比,为轴承转子系统部分故障分析及升降速率控制提供了参考依据。通过有限差分法对新型石墨轴承润滑特性及稳定性进行分析,得出了静压节流孔压力分布特点。在系统启停试验过程中,测得了转子刚体模态及气浮联合轴承润滑支撑特性,并发现了轴向碰摩故障及其导致故障的原因。 In order to investigate the dynamic properties of a new air bearing rotor system,a modal experiment plan with one fixed acoustic response and roving impact excitations was adopted to get the first two lateral vibration frequencies and damping ratios of the rotor,which provided references for the fault diagnosis and speeds control of the system. The pressure distribution features at static pressure orifices were extracted by characterizing the lubrication and stability properties of the new graphite bearing with the finite difference method,the rigid mode and support characteristics were gotten,and rub-impact fault in the axial direction and its causes were discovered in the startup and coastdown procedures.
