摘要
针对斜槽式模态转换型超声电机工艺复杂,成本太高,研制了一种全新结构的孔式模态转换型超声电机。利用振动理论分析了电机的模态转换原理及工作机理。利用ANSYS软件对电机定子进行了仿真分析,分析了电机定子的工作模态和谐响应。制造了一台原理型样机,测量了样机的工作频率、振型、转速、转矩等。结果表明,这种电机的工作频率约为57.5kHz,空载转速可达1000r/min,最大转矩可达0.15N.m,其性能与所研制的斜槽式原理样机相近。
As the mode convert motor with oblique slots has complex processing technology and high cost,an ultrasonic rotary motor by using a longitudinal-torsional vibration converter with holes was developed. The mode convert principle and working mechanism was analyzed. ANSYS was used to simulate the stator,including the working modes and harmonic response. A prototype was fabricated,and the working frequency,vibration mode,speed and torque were measured. The result indicates that the working frequency of the motor is about 57.5 kHz,the no-load speed can reach 1 000 r/min and the hold torque can be 0.15 N·m,its mechanical characteristics are close to the prtotype with oblique slots.
