Optimization Study on Wax Deposition Rate Model

摘要 根据蜡沉积的动力学机理,针对管内壁的剪切应力、温度梯度、蜡分子浓度梯度和原油的动力粘度等影响蜡沉积速率的因素,选用幂律模型作为结蜡速率模型,并用二阶微粒群算法对该蜡沉积速率模型参数进行优化处理,结果证明,采用微粒群算法获得的数学模型的准确性优于采用逐步回归分析法。 Based on the dynamic mechanism of wax deposition and in allusion to the influencing factors of shear stress of internal pipe wall,temperature gradient,concentration gradient of wax molecule and dynamic viscosity of crude oil on wax deposition rate,taking power model as wax deposition rate model,a two-order Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)is adopted to calculate t parameters of wax deposition rate model.Calculation results display that the accuracy of PSO is higher than that of regression method.
